NB. Lot 1, containing the house, became jointly owned by Gerald and Roderick Terry, whereas Lots 2, 3, 4 were sold individually for the benefit of Edwin Terry, Noel Terry, two of their brothers, and also for the eventual benefit of the estate of their brother Geoffrey Terry, d. 1970. The Plan also shows provision for the widening of Windsor Rd and shows the effect on the garden which this might have had.
